Main Duties and Responsibilities
To handle calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests
To utilize their knowledge of products or services in order to cater the customer queries
To display great customer service skills
To address issues of the customer and provide support
To offer information, as and when required
To be responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer.
Good communication skills in both English & Nepali.
Available to work in shifts and flexible in different working timings
Able to perform multitasking
Having sound health to work in call center environment
Basic computer skills
No prior experience required. Fresher’s can apply. Should be able to attend minimum 15 days training.
