Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To handle calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests
- To utilize their knowledge of products or services in order to cater the customer queries
- To display great customer service skills
- To address issues of the customer and provide support
- To offer information, as and when required
- To be responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer.
- +2 passed out
- Good communication skills in both English & Nepali.
- Available to work in shifts and flexible in different working timings
- Able to perform multitasking
- Having sound health to work in call center environment
- Basic computer skills
- Age should not exceed 25 years
No prior experience required. Freshers can apply. Should be able to attend minimum 15 days training.
