Main Duties and Responsibilities
To handle calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests.
To utilize their knowledge of products or services in order to cater the customer queries.
To display great customer service skills.
To address issues of the customer and provide support.
To offer information, as and when required.
To be responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer.
Good communication skills in both English & Nepali.
Available to work in shifts and flexible in different working timings.
Able to perform multitasking.
Having sound health to work in call center environment.
Basic computer skills.
Recruitment & Selection Process
1. Candidate CV review & screening of profile for computer test.
2. Telephonic Interview.
3. Computer Test.
4. Interview Session.
5. Orientation Program.
6. Training Program for 2-3 weeks (A test will be conducted for the final selection by trainer).
No prior experience required. Fresher’s can apply.
